Wedding Story - Getting Ready in Schloss Diersfordt Wesel Ruhr area
We reached Schloss Diersfordt for the preparation of the bride and groom. Schloss Diersfordt is a very beautiful wedding venue with suites for getting ready, an orangery for champagne reception and most importantly friendly and helpful hosts. Lasse and his sweet dog, Bobby, greeted us when we arrived at the venue. While they dealt with the latest details of wedding decorations, we went to the Getting Ready Suite to take in Angie's preparations. The room, atmosphere and mood of our bride was very good, although there was excitement in front of the camera at the beginning, Angie quickly got used to it. Later, the preparations for Lasse began. The location and the light helped us to take the photos and videos of the getting ready to another dimension. Bobby, accompanied us during the whole preparation time with his fancy bow tie :)
Wedding Story - Church wedding in St. Johannes church Bislich Ruhr area
After getting ready, we went to St. John's Church. All the guests came to St. John's on a vintage style bus for the church wedding. While our bride was just entering the church, the heavy rain gave us a hard time, but the church umbrellas rushed to the rescue. Angie was very excited as she walked down the aisle in her father's arms. Lasse, on the other hand, managed to stay calm and was very emotional. After the ceremony, we went back to Schloss Diersfordt to take the group photos.
Wedding Story - Couple Shooting at Schloss Diersfordt Wesel Ruhr area
After we had taken the group photos classically and also with the drone, we went to Schloss Diersfordt's Orangery for the champagne reception. We stayed in the garden as long as the weather allowed and then went into the Orangery for the cutting of the wedding cake. While the guests had a good time in the company of the cartoonist and magician, we made our way to the couple shoot. At this point, the manager of Schloss Gartrop personally took us to the locations where we could take pictures on the castle grounds. A bottle of champagne waiting for our couple by the lake was also an unexpected surprise for all of us. While we finished our shoot in about 1 hour, these special wedding photos came out.
Wedding Reportage - Wedding celebration at Schloss Diersfordt Wesel Ruhr area
After the delicious wedding reception food, the celebration continued with speeches from the bride and groom's families and the witnesses. Our couple's smiles mingled with tears during the slideshow that was later shown on a screen. Then there was the opening dance. As you can see in the wedding photos, there was a crowded bridesmaid and bridesmaid group. This way the party atmosphere was extremely high. This atmosphere can be clearly seen in the last part of the wedding film :)
