You must not forget that a wedding is something very special.
The day of your wedding should be a very special celebration and holiday, perhaps even the “best day of your lives”. So there is a lot to think about and prepare before your wedding. We do not recommend that you make any bookings without being informed in detail. We have different packages for every budget. Every bridal couple is unique and has their own wishes and ideas. We will be happy to advise you personally and create an individual offer for you according to your wishes

Many of our clients ask if we really offer the Don't Miss Anything (DMA) option. Here it is very important to know that the recordings in the wedding reportage photo and film or film only packages are only suitable for short films. This means that from the 5 to 15 second shots, your approx. 1 and 7 minute long films are created. There are no continuous recordings and no sound recordings.

As an alternative, we have created the Don't Miss Anything (DMA) option. In addition to the 1 and 7 minute films, you will receive a 20 minute film (extended version). Special wedding highlights, such as the wedding ceremony (with sound), the opening dance, the wedding speeches (with sound) and the celebration, are recorded throughout. If you don't want to miss anything and want to experience all the special moments again as a real short film, you should definitely have an extended version, i.e. a 20-minute film. Therefore we highly recommend our Don't Miss Anything (DMA) option ;)

To give you a clear idea of when to expect your photos and films, we have divided our workflow into three distinct phases:

1. The First Preview (3 weeks after the wedding)

Just three weeks after your big day, you will receive access to your personal online gallery.

- The Look: All photos are already basic-edited in our signature Studio Photogram-Look.

- Your Options: You can download all images directly and share them with your guests.

- Your Task: Please mark your favorites in the gallery that you would like us to select for specific fine-editing.

2. Fine-Editing (approx. 8 weeks)

As soon as we receive your selection, the detailed work begins.

- We edit your favorite images by hand and with the highest precision.

- Once this phase is complete, we will send you the images for review and final approval.

3. Film & Album (approx. 8 weeks after photo approval)

If a film package and/or an album was part of your booking, the final stage begins now. Approximately eight weeks after you have approved the photos, we will send you your wedding film and/or your finished album.

Important Note on Delivery: The final handover of the products (wedding film and album) depends directly on your cooperation. Delays may occur if the photo selection is still pending, if approval for the album print has not yet been given, or if additional editing changes are requested.

Music Selection for the Film

For a harmonious overall experience, we recommend leaving the music selection to us. This allows us to perfectly sync the edit with the rhythm and emotions of the day.

- Licensed Music: For legal reasons, we work exclusively with licensed music tracks. This guarantees the legal security of your film.

- Your Own Selection: Would you prefer to choose the songs yourself? Then please select your favorites (approx. 10–15 tracks) via this link:

- Deadline: Please send us your selection within one week after the wedding.

- Finalization: Please note that once the film is completed, subsequent music changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

The best for last: As soon as the films are finished, we will upload them directly to your web gallery. There, you can enjoy both the films and the specifically edited photos in full resolution and download them to your computer. 🥂

Our team consists of a group of enthusiastic and dynamic people with a lot of experience and knowledge. Some of our employees work as videographers, photographers and some as photo and video editors. All our employees must have completed our intensive workshops beforehand. The quality of your image will be the same regardless of which of our staff is allowed to accompany you. All work must conform to the Studio-Photogram brand and must be perfect.

We often hear this question, and we understand our customers' fears.
We are a large team, which is why we always have a backup team of photographers and videographers in case of need!
Our employees are the heart of our company, because for us the quality of our work starts with each individual employee. That's why you can be sure that whichever team accompanies you, the quality of your photos and film will be the same.
So you don't have to worry about standing at the registry office on your wedding day without a wedding photographer.

The wedding reportage shots are always accompanied by a team. The team consists of a photographer and videographer. Sporadically, a third person (assistant) can also accompany us.

Our recommendation is to visit us as soon as the wedding date is known. Even though we consist of a large team, experience has shown that we are booked out very quickly!

We are a company that offers services not only in Europe, but also worldwide.
We have already accompanied our bridal couples on their special day in Italy, Belgium, Holland and France. The distance does not matter to us. We strive to offer you the best possible service and hope for your satisfaction.

Unfortunately not, because we have already had bad experiences :( We only book appointments for a reservation fee, which is deducted from the total amount.

We are happy to be measured by our performance promise, because we keep our word and never let our bridal couples down. Studio Photogram is a brand and we do not respond to such immoral offers.

The continuous shot and the wedding reportage film are completely different products. For the wedding reportage film, equipment such as a cinema camera, gimbal and drone are used to summarize the wedding day in a short film. It takes about 3 months to produce the artistic wedding reportage film. Short videos are shot on the wedding day, then a series of edits are necessary, such as sound editing, color correction and grading to complete the film. At the end you will get a long (approx. 6 min) and a short version (approx. 1 min) of this video.

The continuous recording is a video of about 4 to 5 hours, whereby the party is recorded throughout. You can see and replay many of the moments you missed that evening on the continuous recording :) In short, two different products have two different results. It's up to you which recording you choose. But be sure, you will want to have both.

In most cases, payment depends on the service packages you have booked. Some packages require payment in advance. Otherwise, we take a deposit at the time of booking. This will reserve your desired date. The remaining amount is due on the wedding day.
